Lighter, faster and more environmentally friendly! These were our goals when developing the Flax 14 ′ Race (63 cm wide). At only 9.6 kg, the SUP can keep up with the carbon fiber competitors.
How is that possible? When you look closely at the board you see the structure of the Powerribs, an extremely lightweight, high-performance natural fiber composite reinforcement grid developed by our Partner Bcomp Ltd.
In addition to the pure performance data, our Race SUP also impresses with its high stability and agility.
Michael Walther is not only a real SUP professional (he has written a book on the subject, among other things), but he is also actively involved in environmental protection and education. In 2018, for example, he is traveling with a SUP north of the Arctic Circle. Just a great guy!
